Doves Drop First Vinyl Best-Of Collection
Doves are celebrating three decades of music with their first-ever vinyl best-of compilation and a fresh batch of UK tour dates this winter.
So, Here We Are: Best Of Doves drops on 14th November via EMI North, spanning the band’s entire 27-year career since their 1998 debut Cedar EP. All three members handpicked the tracklist themselves.
The compilation promises singles, album tracks and rarities plus one previously unreleased track. It’ll be available on double vinyl (including coloured variants and record shop exclusives), CD, and digital formats.
Meanwhile, the Williams brothers are extending their live run with four new December dates, starting at Dundee’s LIVEHOUSE on 12th December. The tour includes a headline show at London’s O2 Forum Kentish Town on 14th December.
This follows their sold-out 16-date tour earlier this year supporting Constellations For The Lonely, which included two triumphant nights at Manchester Aviva Factory – their first hometown shows in over a decade.
Jimi Goodwin remains absent from the revised live lineup, but the band continues delivering fan favourites like There Goes The Fear, Pounding, and Black And White Town.
Tickets for the new dates go on sale 13th August at 10am. The band also has summer festival appearances lined up, including Halifax’s historic Piece Hall on 23rd August.
